If you already have an A5 binder, you do not need a new planner, just new pages. Printable A5 inserts let you choose exactly the layouts you want and print a fresh set whenever you run low. This guide covers sizes, printing and the inserts we make.

A5 planner inserts are 148 by 210 mm pages for A5 ring binders. Our printable inserts come undated or dated for 2026, with monthly, weekly and daily pages, habit trackers, goals and notes, in Sunday and Monday start. Print on A5 paper, or on A4 or Letter and trim, then punch for your binder.
A complete planner with no dates, so you can start on any day: year overview, goals, 12 monthly calendars, 52 weekly spreads, daily pages, a habit tracker and notes. Print the whole year or just the pages you use.
