A word search for adults should be properly hard to finish and properly easy to read. This guide explains what separates an adult word search from a children's one, and shows our large print pack.

A good adult word search book uses a larger grid, around 13 by 13, with ten to fifteen words per puzzle hidden in all eight directions, including backwards. Print should be large and bold. Our pack has 40 themed puzzles, each with twelve words, and a full answer key.

Many large print word searches simply shrink the grid to fit bigger letters. Ours keeps a full 13 by 13 grid and uses one puzzle per page so the letters can be large, bold and well spaced. Black on white prints with the strongest contrast.

Because the pack is a PDF, you can print a single puzzle, the whole set, or the same puzzle twice for a race. It also opens on a tablet if you prefer to solve with a stylus.
Every puzzle in our packs is generated and then checked by computer before it is allowed into a pack. Anything that fails a check is thrown away and replaced.
